RevoRoad reads real traffic at roadwork sites, so temporary lights respond to actual demand and unsafe drivers are caught in the act. Funded by NZ Transport Agency.
Sees the whole queue: vehicle detection and counting feed real demand data to smart temporary traffic lights.
Knows who's speeding: ALPR at entry and exit calculates each vehicle's speed through the work zone.
Spots repeat offenders: red-light violation detection and a yellow list that enables pre-emptive warnings.
