Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Revo Tech Limited ("Revo Tech", "we") handles personal information collected through this website, revotech.ai.

It does not cover information processed inside our products. Video, alerts and site data handled by RevoSight, RevoConnect, RevoEdge and RevoRoad are processed on behalf of the customer who operates those cameras and sites, under the agreement we hold with them. If you are a customer and need our data processing terms, contact us at the address below.

What this website collects

This site has no contact form, no account sign-in, no advertising and no analytics or tracking software. We do not set cookies, and the site does not store anything in your browser.

Two things still involve third parties, as on most websites:

• Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel, whose servers record standard request information such as IP address, page requested, timestamp and browser type. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.
• Fonts. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

If you email us

When you email operations@revotech.ai we receive whatever you send: typically your name, email address, organisation and your enquiry. We use it to reply and to follow up about our products. We keep it for as long as we have an active enquiry or business relationship with you, and we do not sell it or share it for marketing.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you may ask for the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email us and we will respond within the timeframes the Act requires. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
